Terms and Conditions of Quotations

By requesting a quotation from us via this website you indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and your agreement to be bound by them in respect of any quotation which CCF Limited (a company registered in England and Wales under company number 01632482 with its registered office at Lodge Way House Lodge Way, Harlestone Road, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN5 7UG) (“CCF” or “we” or “us”) issue to you in connection with any such request. You can print these terms if you would like to retain a copy.

Any orders you place for any goods or services from this website (where that functionality is available) and/or any quotation we issue to you following your request for a quotation from us via this website (“Quotation”), shall be governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We shall be entitled to withdraw any Quotation at any time (whether or not already accepted by you and/or us).

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable then, to the extent that it is invalid or unenforceable, the part in question will be treated as if it has been severed from these terms. If this happens, the remaining parts of these terms will continue in full force and effect. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms in the future without giving notice. Any changes will be posted to this website and will take effect immediately. Therefore, you should read these terms each time you access this website and each time before requesting a Quotation from us.

If you are a consumer (as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015) we recognise that you may have additional rights under statute and confirm that any such statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

Any Quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of such Quotation, after which time it will cease to be valid and a new Quotation will need to be raised if required.

You agree that these terms are and shall be the exclusive controlling terms and conditions in relation to any Quotation. Any terms and conditions that might hereafter be proposed expressly or by implication by you in any form, including any terms or conditions contained in, or part of, any purchase order sent to us shall be invalid and of no force or effect.
