The Expamet Angle Beads are designed to be used on any wall that has an external corner. They are available in 2.4 metre, 2.7 metre and 3 metre lengths.
The Expamet Stop Bead is designed to be installed at the intersections of walls, soffits, ceilings. Stop Beads are available in 2.4 metre and 3 metre lengths.
The Expamet Board Edge Beads are used when plasterboard meets solid surfaces like doors. The Expamet Edge Bead enclosing the plasterboard edges by enclosing them in a protective steel section. Plasterboard edging is easy to damage particularly when cut, and beading helps protect it from everyday wear and tear. Board Edge Beads available in 3 metre lengths.
Architrave and Shadow Gap Beads act as a plaster stop profile, creating a shadow-like recess. Typical applications include the creation of clean divisions between varying wall finishes, at wall and ceiling abutments, door and window reveals and other built in joinery features. They are available in 3 metre lengths.
Expamet's extensive range of beads provide clean straight corner and edges, and protects plaster from damage. The beads’ perforated wing provides a key to plaster to prevent cracking, helping reinforce vulnerable plaster edges, and the product can easily be cut to size using tin-snips, hacksaws or shears.
