Why supporting customers is at the root of our branch network

With 37 branches across the UK, we can support our customers on a local level both in terms of where they are based and where their contracts are located. You’re never too far away from a CCF branch and our regional teams so here’s a quick look at why partnering with us could help your next project!


Support when and where you need it

From Glasgow to Exeter, London to Leeds and over thirty locations in between, our CCF branch network allows us to distribute interior building supplies across the length and breadth of the UK. But it’s the people that work in our branches that really puts CCF on the map. That’s because we can work with our customers throughout the duration of a contract, assisting with product selection, budget planning and delivery schedules as well as being easily contactable should you need help when things don’t go quite to plan.

Each of our branch colleagues are also fully supported by our national product category and technical teams so they can easily connect you with the right people if you need more guidance or support.

A one stop shop solution

We are proud to be one of the UK’s largest distributors of interior building products, with an extensive range including ceilings, insulation and drywall, as well as solutions for facades and fire protection. You can see a selection of our products on our website but more importantly, you can discuss your needs with your local branch team and receive knowledgeable and impartial advice every time. We can guide you through the different products available, helping to meet your budget and project timeline requirements, and arrange for everything to be delivered when and where you need it.

When time is tight or you are working on a smaller job, all of our branches also have Trade Counters where you can come in and conveniently pick up the products you need straight away.

Growing our branches

Earlier this year we opened our latest branch in Norwich, with this location chosen specifically to allow us to better serve our customers in East Anglia and support our existing neighbouring branches in Peterborough and Colchester. And with branches across the country, including a cluster in central London, we are continuously looking at ways to improve the service we can offer our customers whether this is through specialist training relating to products, industry regulations and compliance, regular health and safety updates, collaborations with our manufacturer partners, or by making improvements to both our branch facilities and delivery fleet.

CCF Norwich is just one example of where we have taken steps to reduce the environmental impact of our business operations. We are doing this by installing solar PV roofing panels to generate renewable energy for lighting and heating within the branch and using fully electric fork-lift trucks within our warehouse. 

By having branches in key locations close to where our clients are based and work, we can also help reduce transportation and our branches work closely to support each other so we can get the products you need to your sites more efficiently.
