Tradeline makes the grade for student accommodation scheme
Tradeline, CCF’s complete drywall system, has been specified as part of the construction of a new student accommodation scheme in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Work is now underway at the new Hollis Croft development, after months of hard work from members of CCF’s branch and technical team. The project is being undertaken by specialist B M Hepburn, a contractor that predominantly works across the South East of England and as a result, has a strong working relationship with our CCF branches in that region. When the team was alerted to the fact that B M Hepburn was set to take on a new contract in South Yorkshire, CCF Sheffield was on hand to provide regional support and the products that were required.
Through close collaboration, the CCF regional teams in the South East and Yorkshire were able to devise a suitable specification for the new Hollis Croft scheme that comprises a mix of Tradeline drywall solutions and Siniat insulated plasterboards. Further support was provided by CCF’s technical team who offered advice on the suitability of chosen products to meet the demanding requirements of a modern student accommodation building. The main contractor on the scheme is Aztec Construction.
Tradeline is a cost effective solution which is comprehensively tested with plasterboards from leading manufacturers and comes with a systems warranty of up to 25 years.
