Following increased demand, the business identified the opportunity to open an additional branch to provide local customers with further support. With 42,000 square feet of warehouse space available, the new branch offers a range of solutions provided by market leading manufacturers including British Gypsum, Ecophon, Expamet, Knauf Insulation, Rockwool, Tyvek (DuPont®), Weber, Zentia and many more.

When asked about CCF East Birmingham, Tom Spencer, who was appointed as Branch Manager following experience as part of the wider Travis Perkins group, explained: “Supply can be a sticking point so overcoming this is really important so that we can support our customers. The new branch provides increased access to stock for contractors, interior building specialists and builders, with the storage capacity housing a comprehensive range of products. Ultimately this means those visiting the branch can find exactly what they need, whether that’s an accessory or internal wall insulation product.”

The new CCF East Birmingham branch has created 15 new jobs with teams from both this branch and those at the West Birmingham branch in West Bromwich set to work closely going forward, to maximise opportunities for customers. Christopher Knight, Regional Director at CCF, expands: “To continue our promise of exceptional customer service, we’re investing in each member of the team at CCF East Birmingham.
